Covid Cases over Christmas
Dear Parents and Carers
The Department for Education has asked that schools assist with track and trace work, in the event of a positive coronavirus case, until the 24th December. There is a dedicated email address for this: alert@southlake.wokingham.sch.uk, which is available for use from Friday 18th December at 2 p.m.
Emails will be checked once each day, between 9.00 and 10.00 a.m. until Thursday 24th December.
No other email accounts will be checked over the holiday period; please do not use the office email to notify us during this time.

Contact school via alert@southlake.wokingham.sch.uk School will help with track and trace and inform other families affected that they must isolate. |

If: The child or staff member tests positive for coronavirus but the symptoms start more than 48 hours after being in school. |
Do not contact the school. Follow the NHS Test and Trace instructions. |
