Thank you to our families who have already returned the nasal flu vaccination consent form.  We still have many outstanding and are needing to advise our school nursing team on the number of vaccines to order.  If you have not already done so please could you return your childs form to their class teacher by the end of tomorrow.  If you do not wish for your child to have the vaccine, you still need to return the form and advise DO NOT consent.

We are aware Year 6 children only received their letters yesterday due to being on their residential trip last week, but if you could please return them tomorrow we would be very grateful.
