South Lake Primary School

Guinness World Record - The Worlds Biggest Netball Lesson

We were so excited to be invited to take part in a Guinness World Record attempt this morning where 22 children from South Lake , Miss Penny and Mrs Jacques took part in the worlds largest netball lesson along with other schools from the area.  It was an amazing atmosphere with 423 people taking part.  We started with warm up drill, and  ended playing a match where we had to make 10 passes to our team without the ball being intercepted.  Pictures will be uploaded to twitter (@LakePrimary)  and there is also planned coverage on BBC south today later on this evening!  Well done to all of the children who took part it was a brilliant morning and we are very proud of you all.
